Honor Roll

This report recognizes HRET GHA HIIN hospitals that have the highest percentage of the targets met for Hospital Acquired Conditions / Hospital Acquired Infections and Readmissions. Chairman's level represents hospitals currently ranked in the top 10. The President's level represents the next set of hospitals ranked in the top 20. All hospitals listed have greater than 45% of all their applicable measures meeting year 2 HIIN goals.
